I go to school in California and I just moved to Luneburg to study German.
-I know the basics ( ich bin Amanda, ah so, ich weiss/nicht, ich verstehe/nicht) but I'm attempting to improve my speaking skills.
-I will be studying in Germany for one semester.
-In California I am studying Journalism.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have heard this site through my school and from a few friends that I have couch- surfed before. I hope to one day travel the world and I think this might help me come closer to visiting more countries.

Interests

-I love learning new languages and cultures different than my own.
-My motto is carpe diem and am willing to try new things.
- I love to cook and/or bake, take photos, dance and I often wander to explore the places I visit( most of the time I get lost but that's how I find some hidden treasures)
-I am always up for an adventure and meeting new people. If you can teach me a language other than English we'll be the best of friends:)

I listen to everything but I love country and House music.
The genre of books I am interested in reading are life and culture and Young Adult( I love the Hunger games: no shame)
