Hey there, my name's Amanda. I'm a freelance animator in Calgary and I'm currently looking for a place to stay in BC so I can visit my grandparents. If I stay with you I'll help around the house. I'm pretty friendly and I've couch surfed before, just without a website. All I need is a place to sleep, stash my stuff and the use of the "facilities." With other places I've stayed I've had long conversations with my hosts in the evenings or over breakfast. I used to live on a farm so I have lots of great stories to tell. I'd love to join my host on a hike or other outdoor activities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My grandparents are in their 90s and my grandfather had a stroke a few months back. I just want a few weeks to check up on them.

I'm a very clean person so I'll scrub you toilet for a night on the couch. I can cook pretty good too. Need something, just ask.
