London, March 19-23

ABOUT ME

At the moment I am looking for a place to stay in London from March 19-23, together with my brothers. Therefore I have made this about US and not only about me :-)

I, Amanda (22 - 23 when we arrive) am studying International Negotiation, Sebastian (20) is working as a runner at a television station and planning to study journalism, Philip (18) is finishing his last year in upper secondary school.

We like having fun and try new things together. We enjoy and value our time together as siblings and we are always good, pleasant company for others as well :-)
Last year we went to Budapest, and we have planned to visit a new city togehter every year in the future.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently renting a room in a friends house, because I just returned to Denmark after living three years in Germany. As soon I have my own place again, I will be more flexible concerning CS.

Never done this before - looking forward to the first possibility!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I closed my eyes, packed my bags and left Denmark for three years. I went to the South of Germany 1000 km away from where I grew up.
Maybe Germany is the closest neighbour to Denmark, but this doesn't mean, that the countries are similar. The cultures and the mentalities are very different - but I got completely under the skin of the Germans and the German culture. This has given me a LOT of experience.

Furthermore the Alps is some of the most beautiful I have ever seen and I would suggest anyone to go to Germany (Bavaria), Austria or Switzerland to experience the gracefull roughness of the Alps!

I can teach you how to cope with the Danish people, if you have to travel there some time.

I can help you improve your German skills ;-)

I am a great cook and can give you a lot of nice cooking advice!
