I'm a young professional that loves meeting new people, anything outdoors, live music, and photography. I have an 11 year old son who loves sports, music and anything outdoors (fishing, hiking, kayaking...). We love meeting new people and just having fun and enjoying life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just re-joined Couchsurfing because I'm planning a 9 day road trip out west next month, and would like to explore this option since we are just winging it :) We'll be starting off in Madison WI, driving up to Glacier National Park, down to Yellowstone, and then over to Mount Rushmore and the Badlands before we end up back home.

Interests

In my free time I love being outdoors - I love hiking, kayaking/canoeing, playing frisbee and yard games, grilling out, and photography. I love going to the farmers market, local festivals and beer tents, catching live music - especially the local music scene, and am always up for trying something new. As long as I'm in good company I'm having a good time.

Music, Movies, and Books

A couple of my favorite bands are ZZ Ward, Citizen Cope, and Dispatch along with country, classic rock and some hip-hop/top 40. My son and I are binge watching Arrow, and my boyfriend and I are binge watching Shameless.
