ABOUT ME

I am a 4th year Nursing Student, who can not wait to get out into the world and experience it for all it is worth. I have many plans for the future which include being a travel nurse, living and working in a different country, going back to grad school and creating change in my community. I like to take risks, but need that little extra push to do so, I love learning about new cultures and meeting people that from different countries (I am happiest when people show me what their real life is like, and include me in it!).

Haven't had any yet, but my friends say I am a great guest to have at their house :)

For the last 5 years school has taken up pretty much all my time, but what is left of it I love to volunteer for various community organizations, see the world and experience different cultures and ways of life, running, going to the lake, spending time with friends and family, biking, kayaking, swimming, reading.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- Seeing a Doctor give the most encouraging and inspiring speech to a 16 year old girl with HIV who had no regards for her future
- Seeing the smiles on kids faces who have absolutely nothing in their life (family is gone, have no education and don't know when their next meal will be.
