ABOUT ME

I am traveling to Kerela to participate in leadership of a yoga retreat for a group hailing from NYC. I am taking this opportunity to learn more about Indian culture, history and practices. I hope to meet musicians and guides along the way. i hope to come back fully infused with the spirit so that i can continue to give and to support the ever growing yoga and arts community of New York City. I am enjoying this opportunity to work while traveling. This has been a long time dream of mine. I am so grateful!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I flew to mexico city to see a radiohead concert. It was such a lovely experience. the city was so alive and i too along with it.

Teach, Learn, Share

i can share with you my practice. asana, meditation, chanting as it has been passed down to me here in the united states by western yogis.
I have experience in theatre if you are working on writing, directing, or performance based work.
I would love to learn more about food!!! from its healing properties to traditional and contemporary dishes. anything!
i want to learn to fish!
i want to learn how to drive a motorcycle!
