ABOUT ME

I am fun, easy going and love new experiences. I like to be creative. I enjoy taking pictures, writing stories, traveling, swimming, bicycle riding, roller blading and camping. I love to go out to eat and enjoy the night life with my husband. I love children, and my favorite ones are those that are either too young to talk back or too old to care about being mouthy. I am remarried and between the two of us, we have 7 children! All are grown, with the exception of my 12 year old son. We also have 7 grandchildren… at this point because of the 6 grown children, only three have started their families. At some point I expect our family will be able to populate a small village.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although it does not show it on my profile, I have hosted a few couch surfers. Some where through an old profile and this is a new one. Also, because one surfer was through my husband's profile and not mine.

I have hosted 4 surfers, but to date have not stayed with anyone yet.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to watch movies, yet do not watch television. We still have a television in every room, except the bathroom!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a week long, camping/hiking/dog sledding adventure in Minnesota. I've traveled and lived in various places in Asia.

Things that I might be able to share with someone: cooking, writing, desktop publishing, roller blading.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am easy to get along with and am not picky about where I sleep. Even just floor space and can bring my own sleeping bag and pillow.
