Overview
About Me
I would currently describe myself as a twenty-something working diligently at figuring out what the heck it means to be an "adult" with a 9 to 5, soaking in my last year and a half before my parents kick me off of their phone plan. I moved West just over a year ago to be closer to the mountains, yet some days they still seem much too far away. I have a lot to be grateful for--a partner in crime who fully respects my hatred for cilantro and left it out of our enchiladas tonight and a purebred Shepherd-Beagle-???? puppy who is the greatest hiking buddy a girl could as for. If you are lucky you will get to meet both of them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing has been an amazing community to come in contact with, from my first year or so traveling around trying to find out where I belong for a little while, to the travelers I have since been able to host while on their journeys to and through the place I currently call home. Positive people who are excited about life and learning from others is what gives me energy. To let a perfect stranger into your life, if only for a brief time, is to open a door to the entire world.
