It's so beautiful! A unique experience I had was couchsurfing in a cave in the south of Spain.

I like to call the energy work I do "energy play" because this (experience of life) is all for fun! I like to medtaite daily and enjoy spending time with others who do as well.

I'm reading and listening to a lot of energy/transforming/healing/metaphysical/astrological material these days... Some of the people I enjoy are Andrew Martin, Katya Turner, Lisa Transcendence Brown and other articles on the Higher Self YouTube channel.

I love music so much, especially live music and drums. I'm listening to Nahko and Medicine for the People, Rising Appalachia/Leah Song, Beats Antique...

One of my most preferred books I've read recently was How to Heal Yourself When No One Else Can.
