ABOUT ME

I love traveling, reading, and learning, and being a teacher and traveling the world lets me do all three! My favorite thing to do in each city I travel to is find vintage and pawn shops- I have a slight obsession with hats of all kind, most especially 1920s-40s era. Nothing is better than a night full of good music, good food, and good company... and maybe some dancing! I'm a huge sports fan and enjoy meeting new people. I miss home and the fabulous people there, but absolutely love new things and change!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to couch surfing, but have heard about wonderful stories and experiences from close friends. I am currently living in Germany and loving the opportunities I have to travel now, and am making plans to backpack across Europe next summer... so check back soon to hear some cool stories about the cool couches and their owners that I'll be meeting shortly!

Music, Movies, and Books

Being an English major, high school English teacher, and an avid reader, I love every and all books and all kinds of literature! You name it and either I've read or it will be added to my "Books to Read" list!
I always love a good movie and listening to some good music!!
