I am a master student working and studying in Hamburg, Germany. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. and love anything outdoors. I'm an avid camper, surfer, kayaker, skier (alpine and cross country) distance runner, and climber. Rain or shine or snow or whatever, I will always choose to be outside :) beyond this I love to cook, I make wicked delicious sweet potato curry, enjoy exchanging music, prefer beer over wine, and am always in search of an adventure.

My academic/professional background is in global and public health. I am a true globe-trotter and have traveled to countless countries. I spent the past year working in India and before that I traveled to Thailand, Israel, Morocco, Spain, Italy, France, the UK, Ireland, Hungary, Montenegro, Norway, Germany, Canada, Mexico, the BVI, and probably somewhere else but I have simply forgotten.
