ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous person and love getting out to nature and being active. I also like listening to music, reading comics, looking at art and cooking. Meeting new people is awesome and I love sharing laughs and different perspectives. Humans fascinate me! I grew up in New Zealand and spent the best part of last year travelling in the Americas: mainly South and Central. I had an incredible time on the road and have since worked at a biodynamic/organic cafe in Melbourne, studied culinary arts in Vancouver and set up to live and explore British Colombia.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting people and exchanging stories, experiences and language. Couch surfing is a wonderful way to spend a few nights with locals and get their secret handshake to the area they live. Couchsurfing helped me a lot on my travels and now I have space to host in Vancouver, I can return the kindness. Couchsurfing is always a memorable experience and I want to offer a haven away from ridiculously expensive hostels for people travelling through Vancouver.

Books, I love anything by Haruki Murakami. Currently sinking my teeth into non-fiction books about Botany and tinctures.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Slept at one of Gaudi's creations on the Costa Brava in Spain! Climbed an active volcano in Vanuatu and saw lava bubbling in the cauldron. Scuba dived through caves in Mexico.
