ABOUT ME

About me? For the vast majority of my life I was a student. I love learning. Now I work, honestly, I don't love working quite as much. I want to go back to school for a Master's in International Public Health in the next few years. In the meantime, I'll be travelling, working, relaxing, and being excited about how unplanned my life is right now!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently, I'm just a surfer. I definitely want to be a host in the future (when I actually have a couch to offer!). What I find so wonderful about the CS project is that not only does it connect people with a new culture in a personal way, but has begun to create a world where people actually trust each other!

Music: Music is not one of my passions, but I enjoy: John Mayer, Latin Jazz, Bossanova, Muse, Steven Kellogg and the Sixers, NeedtoBreathe, Ingrid Michaelson, and a little Reaggeton for good measure.
Movies: Volver; Motorcycle Diaries; most any chick flick (embarrassing? maybe), Now and Then, That Thing You Do, Iron Man, Back to the Future....

Random fact: Using fluoride mouth rinse is a waste of money, you get more fluoride by simply not rinsing after you brush your teeth, just spit.
