I enjoy being active, particularly with soccer and ultimate frisbee. My favorite place to be is outside exploring nature and attempting new challenges (hiking, watersports, watching the sunrise/set, theme parks, etc).

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I will listen to/read/watch pretty much anything that comes my way with a recommendation or catchy beat/interesting storyline! Some of my favourite music artists include Walk off the Earth, Maroon 5, Serena Ryder and HAIM.

I'm not big on watching movies as I find sitting for hours rather tedious. However, movies I've found enjoyable include Pursuit of Happyness, 27 Dresses, Happy Feet, I Robot, and the Bourne Identity series.

I participated in one of France's largest sailing competitions, Course Croisière EDHEC, while on exchange in Lille, France.

I am more than happy to practice English with anyone interested, share my Canadian culture and make attempts at cooking for/with my host (no promises - I'm more of a food consumption enthusiast than a chef - sorry!).

I'm always down to share a new card game or do something active!

I hope to share aspects of my Canadian culture, travel tips and my enthusiasm for life with my hosts! I find (for myself at least) that having people visit my city in Canada can be a great excuse to do touristy things and rediscover some of the areas I have not visited in awhile.

That said, I'm just as easily impressed by something that is meaningful to you as I am by flashy tourist areas - I hope to share an interesting experience with you!
