hello, i'm Amanda! i was born and raised in Malaysia, moved to Hong Kong for university and ended up staying on to work here after graduation. i've been in Hong Kong for 10 years now.

i'm really grateful to have received so much kindness from strangers during my past travels. i couchsurfed in Japan, Taiwan and Los Angeles after i graduated from university and met many wonderful people along the way.

i started hosting since July 2015 to return the kindness that i've experienced from the years before.
