ABOUT ME

I am a 23 year old female, my occupation is a Registered Nurse. I am generally quiet when I first meet someone but am very outgoing when I get to know people and can open up to them. I love adventure and being active, I always have to be doing something. I am responsible, organized and generally a tidy person.

I love travelling and experiencing different cultures. I want to be able to see the whole world but there is really not enough time or money that make this possible, so in the mean time I want to see as much as I can! I love learning about new things. I spend most of my time staying active whether it's playing soccer, volleyball, snowboarding in the winter, wakeboarding, hiking, running and pretty much anything that keeps me busy!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My trip to Arusha in Tanzania in '08 was a trip of a lifetime, I volunteered at a maternity clinic and got to see how amazing and strong the women in this country truly are. I had many life changing experiences, I realized so much we take for granted in Canada as the people in this country have so little and are always so happy!
Another amazing moment and accomplishment was climbing mount meru in tanzania. Although it did not have the fame like mount kilimanjaro and the altitude of 5,800 meters, I felt that I had a more rewarding experience as I hiked 4,500 meters carrying my own 20lb backpack up a more challenging and vertical hike in 3 days. Reaching the top was so rewarding, I literally felt like I was on the top of a mountain!
