ABOUT ME

Friendly and outgoing- this girl is going to see the world before she dies! I love to learn new things and re-learn the old. I love revisiting my home town through the eyes of a visitor. I cannot get enough of new places when I travel. There are no words to describe the feeling of putting your feet on foreign soil, be it 50 or 5,000 miles from home. I have traveled by plane, car and even bicycle.
In my life, the things I regret are the things I did not do.

Interests

I can be a terrible home body during the work week, but I like to explore inside my home. I don't own a television set which leaves time for drawing, painting, music, reading and a long stroll after dinner. I live very near to lake Michigan and it doesn't ever look the same two nights in a row. I am at home with drinks and dancing, leading to some downright immature fun. I love to take artistic photos when I visit places, and the best first stop is an art museum. The best last stop is always a good pub so you can sleep on the way home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A month in Peru! My god that was amazing.
Political protests in Wisconsin. Maybe sounds lame, but that was an amazing thing to be part of.
Liters of beer and meter-long sausage at a carnival in Germany.
I have to add a fourth- the Blue Mountains in Australia. The flocks of birds, the fog, the endless breathtaking views.
