I'm a weirdo. I'm a girl who likes to watch the real and the not real football: soccer and NFL. I'm also a big fan of Star Wars. And I'm sure Iron Man is the best Marvel character and Batman is the best DC, and the reason is very simple: their super powers are the brains they have. And my English is not perfect, but at least I know how to use they're, their, there...

I love listening histories about the world, about different places and cultures, and I can tell you about my city, country, and culture also.

Cooking is my favorite hobby, I simply love the feeling of cooking a good meal for friends while listening good music and drinking a good beer (summer), a whisky or a good wine (winter). I like good stuffs.

I'm not hanging out a lot, but I can be a good company for a beer in a pub (mainly if there's live rock'n roll or blues).

My weekends are being kind of "I finally have time to cook, clean, wash clothes, do grocery shop". Sad. I know. But I usually find some time to see my friends and walk in a park or going to the movies.

I love mountains (mountains are waaaaaaay better than beach!), and I'm always a good company to see the nature, falls, natural parks...

I'm a cat lover and I have a lovely rescued one eyed cat. If you have allergies or don't like cats, I don't recommend my house... ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Living my life, no plans because they always change! Always going anywhere life wants to take me! Studying and working hard, so I can have time to play hard when I want.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is the best idea for people who, like me, love to travel and meet new people! And not only because of the "low cost", the best part is to make new friends, to meet different people and cultures, to interact with local people, to know the essence of the city.

My first experience was hosting, and it was so good!!! I hosted and surfed already, and wanna keep doing that! I only had very good experiences, meeting good people and enjoying every host or guest!

I love Blues, Rock'n Roll and Jazz, but I can show you Popular Brasilian Music and Bossa Nova too. And I can listen ALMOST any kind of music and have a great time doing this: everything depends on the company.
I'm not having to much time to enjoy a good book (too many papers to read and write!!!), but I'm trying to read Neil Gaiman in English now, to compare with the Portuguese versions. I've tried "The histories of Middle Earth" - J.R.R. Tolkien, but it was too hard to me to understand a difficult book in a language that's not my mother language... Other books I really enjoyed are: "The Soloist - Steve Lopez", "Soul Survivor - Bruce and Andrea Leininger", "The dark tower" - Stephen King, "Under their thumb" - Bill German, "Life"- Keith Richards, "Lord of the rings", of course. Anything from Neil Gaiman. And I love Sandman. Told you I'm a weirdo.

Movies: Pulp Fiction > Sci-fi > Comedy > Comics > Cartoon > Drama > Musical > Documentary > Romance. I'm the girl who goes alone to the movies to watch movies. Civil War, Wonder Woman, Spiderman, and now The Dark Tower are some examples.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing done: Skydiving. Yes, we can fly. To open an airplane door and just fly is the best feeling in the world.
Amazing seen: Nature. Native Atlantic Forest and Amazon Forest in Brazil. Amazon River. To climb a mountain and seeing the sun shining.
