Overview
About Me
I currently live in Dominica (Caribbean) where I work as a massage therapist and Janzu aquatic relaxation guide. I'm originally from southwestern France, love hiking in nature, and have a strong connection with animals—I rode horses for over 20 years. I'm rather reserved, but I love people, I'm a bon vivant, and I'm cheerful. I practice yoga and meditation. I sometimes lead classes and sessions. I practiced martial arts for five years and would like to take it up again. I love gardening, cooking, and learning new skills and ways of living, discussing philosophy, listening to music, singing, and trying to understand humanity and nature. I love calm and a quiet, peaceful life. Also I love water, I'm a fish! and I love even more sharing moments in the water, exploring the seabed, dancing, and playing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet locals when I travel, because that's how I love to travel and, above all, it's the very motivation for my trips. I love learning more about cultures and ways of life, sharing joyful and friendly moments.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I left for Asia when I was 25, backpacking with a friend. We traveled together for six months, then she came back and I continued on my own. I lived in Northern Thailand, on the border with Myanmar (one of the most beautiful countries I've ever visited). I've been living in Dominica for four years now, which is an adventure in itself!
