I was working in France since many years and decided in 2015 to change my life and travel the world.
I welcomed some people via couchsurfing ( with my housemate profile) and really like meet new people and share experience.
I'm passionate about nature, ocean and wine and that's why I chose to travel to Australia.
I've been in Sydney 6 months and loved it. Then I travelled Australia manly about the wine : Adelaide ( Mc Laren Vale ) , then Perth ( Swan valley ) and now living and working in Margaret River since December 2016.
I'm happy to meet wine lover, people passionate like me (about wine or something else !) and just happy/ nice people.
I'm vegetarian : I'm happy to cook for you a dish but without meat !

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I think it's a nice way to meet new people.
A good friend introduced me to this website years ago in France and we welcomed many travelers ( with her profile, we were housemates) and I really enjoyed it !

For me it's really about sharing : sharing your time, your experiences, your travels, your house sometimes, your city... Give to somebody that you may never seen again but sharing anyway. I think we live in selfish society were a lot of people are scared about each other and it's sad ! I travel alone as a woman and used many times Couchsurfing. I didn't do it to save up money : I could stay in hostel. I did it to meet locals and also to show my friends (and family!) that we live in a positive world still and it's possible to meet amazing people all over the world. This website is a way of connection (even if I think most technology disconnect us). I only had great experience with CS and want keep meet amazing people.

I hope I wasn't too philosophic in here but want get my point of why I do it.

I am living in a new house share and hope to introduce my housemates to Couchsurfing really soon (and host travellers). Even if I can't host for now I am happy to give you tips for your travel in Australia (Or France!).
