Living in Paris, working as an au pair (which is just a fancy name for babysitter/nanny!). I had a life that was ok in the states, and decided I wanted more. So here I am. Apparently I'm a risk-taker lol. Personality wise, I'm an outgoing introvert. I love trying new things and I love making real connections with people and spending my energy where it matters. Things that matter to me and expect from myself and others I surround myself with: open-mindedness, balance, sharing stories/ideas, the ability to be vulnerable/transparent/honest, and respect

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on CS to experience places with the locals (and eventually share my local insights with my guests!). I've stayed with my friends with hosts and they have provided some of the best restaurants, hidden gems, or other advice only locals would know. Also majority of CSers are travelers so they come with great stories of their adventures, which of course give me ideas for future adventures of my own!

I know when I have a place of my own I would love to host CSers to pass on hospitality that has been extended to me throughout my stays.

Movies I love: Scarface/Godfather/any mafia type, V for Vendetta, Contratiempo, Palms Trees in the Snow

Classics (Wuthering Heights/Jane Eyre/Pride & Prejudice), Harry Potter, A thousand splendid suns & The Kite-Runner, sci-fi/dystopias (and even better if they have romance), or any good book with a strong female lead.
