I'm a bookworm and an animal lover. 5 years ago I adopted a dachshund mix named Archie who looks like a little fox and is the love of my life. If you meet me I will most likely try to show you pictures of my dog, so hopefully you're into that. I've been a vegan for almost 10 years and trying new foods is one of my favorite things about traveling. I'm an introvert who nevertheless truly enjoys meeting new people and learning about their lives. The social sciences have my heart; I'm fascinated by people and why we do what we do. I'm currently studying to teach English to speakers of other languages.

Music: The Talking Heads, Bjork, PJ Harvey

Movies: I love sci-fi and horror and my favorite movie is probably Alien. Anything by Agnès Varda, especially Cléo de 5 à 7.

Books: The Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler

Once, when I was a kid, my grandfather brought me to the set of Star Trek Voyager and I met Captain Janeway and the holographic doctor. I'm more of a Star Trek DS9 fan these days, but it was still pretty great :P
