About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To work with urban youth and engage them in science and engineering!
ABOUT ME
I'm friendly, outgoing, and care about my community and those who are around me. I worked on the James Webb Space Telescope and am now a science educator!
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life for the ones I love and my community. I am vegan and what that means to me is that I am conscious of the items I consume. Although I am a pretty critical consumer, I have an open mind and love discussing random topics.

Interests
I am an educator at a public school district in San Francisco. I love learning and learning about learning! I also love riding my bike, swimming, practicing yoga, having long stimulating talks, and eating nutritionally dense food. I love science and engineering and discovering how it leads to all these new technologies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Oh man - hiking Half Dome in Yosemite was an amazing experience. So was hiking 5 days to get to Macchu Picchu in Peru. Meeting a friendly donkey in the middle of the Burren of Ireland was super amazing.. he stuck his whole face in the car and when we took off, he was bummed so he had a little tantrum by kicking his front and back legs up into the air.. poor little guy. I love new experiences with my natural world!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to share my knowledge of physics and engineering, as well as my beginnings of my teacher knowledge (just got out of my masters and credential program in May 2012).
