HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If you come to my house you should really come eat with us! I live with 7 other students and we always eat together and that's a lot of fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first Couchsurfing experience was summer 2012 when me and a roommate decided to go to Paris for a day. Even though it was so short we had such a nice time! I absolutely loved this way of going abroad. It is so awesome to meet locals and it makes your stay so much worthwhile. The guy who hosted us was absolutely amazing, we were very lucky.

Since then, due to my studies, I unfortunately haven't had any time to do more Couchsurfing, but we hosted a lot of people at our house which was also a lot of fun!

Interests

I love to meet people, read, watch movies, play board (or video) games and just generally have a good time. I study International Communication and Media, so very interested in anything related to my field of study. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book is The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. You should go read it! And then you should read part 2 and live in torment because part 3 isn't out yet. So I apologize in advance. :(

I really love all sorts of movies. Recent favorites are Cloud Atlas and Wreck-it Ralph. Among my all-time favorites are Up (obviously), Cast Away, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump...

And I watch a lot of TV shows. I really do watch too many. I love Dexter, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, Suburgatory, Chuck, The Vampire Diaries, Better Off Ted, Fringe... etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went hitchhiking to Paris... That's something I'd never have thought I'd do! But it was awesome.
