- grew up in rural Wyoming and am a barefoot country girl at heart.
- am still exploring the Twin Cities and deciding if I am ready to call this place home.
- pedal my way around on a three-speed Raleigh and only miss having a car on rare occasion.

- could live solely from ice cream in the summer.
- prefer antique shops to museums, though the trained academic in me hesitates to admit it.
- miss German bread, but will take an American micro-brew over German beer any day.
- have an unyielding internal clock-radio that wakes me early even when I'm out late.
