Hiking, motorcycles, and triathlons. I love new places, making new friends, and learning new things. I was a barista for years, so I love coffee. Spontaneous adventures are my favorite. I laugh a lot and enjoy simple things in life.

I like to make things from scratch, from vegan food to homemade cosmetics. Also super into fermented foods and gut health. Always happy to share or learn new things. Some things I’m trying to learn right now include break dancing, growing plants, and playing guitar.
