ABOUT ME

I am a singer-songwriter who loves to play the accordion! I am recording my second album, and have been touring up and down the West coast of the US.

I have a degree in architecture from U.C. Berkeley, and have been employed as an architect for the past 12 years. But due to the current economy, I am taking a break from architecture and focusing on my music.

Honestly, I love music more. But I do hope to return to architecture someday.

PHILOSOPHY

I am an open minded person, and I appreciate the variety of perspectives that people bring to their life experiences.
I think that as social creatures, we should bring happiness and comfort to each other.

I have a vauge spiritual faith that everything turns out for the best... but this isn't rooted in any particular religion.
Sometimes I believe in everything, sometimes I believe in nothing.

I practice daily meditation, and have explored a few religions and spiritual paths.

Though I mostly think we make up all those stories to deal with our emotions and feelings.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting new and intersting people, and networking. Music is such a great way to connect with people.

I often find that when I'm on the road I like to stay at a homey place, so I believe in hosting other solo-traveling musicians who want to visit Northern California.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I recently had some great experiences in Europe using Couchsurfing!
I also have done a lot of couch-surfing through my own network of friends with all the touring I have been doing.
It is a wonderful way to connect with the local scene in the cities I visit and get to know the people I play shows with.
