ABOUT ME

I am in my 2nd year of graduate school for painting and performance art. I enjoy being creative and being outdoors.

Art is my passion in life, but I equally love yoga, biking, kayaking and camping. I've lived in New York for over 10 years and grew up as a child in Moscow. I have lots of energy and make it my goal to find new experiences.

Fairly New to Couch Surfing. When I traveled in Europe I stayed in hostels. I can't host people at this time, as I just rent out a room. I am glad to give advice and show the city when I can.

Movies: I rarely watch movies due to my hectic schedule, although I enjoy a good film when I have a chance. Same goes for cooking. :)

Music: i like all kinds of music, except metal and punk. too abrasive for me... My absolute favorites range from 1960's whimsical folk rock to electropop to psytrance...

Books: Last book: Hero with a Thousand Faces.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Whale watching and kayaking in the Saguenay Fjord in Quebec.

Burning Man art festival, minus any cult references... I just like the art, the desert and meeting people from around the world
