I grew up on Oahu Hawaii so surfing and the ocean have always been an important part of my life. But appreciation and enjoyment are the states of mind I tend to choose so the rest of the world offers delights and sights I could never get at home. I love being in my element but I also love being in completely different environments and situations as well because it provides me with deeper perspectives which last forever.

Getting my masters degree. Being fluent in at least one other language by the time my first child is born. Traveling to new places and also going back to places I really enjoyed. Laying down. Relaxing. And of course all the other fun things like skating, snowboarding, playing pool, ping pong, and singing to myself while waiting for a wave.
