ABOUT ME

I'm currently 25 years old, I have never traveled much as a kid, and took my first trip outside of the country about 3 years ago. I have been traveling since! I've backpacked through Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Working hard to travel is always my main concern in life, but I've found that a little kindness goes a long way. I plan on traveling at least 3 times a year, and giving back what I learn from my experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

I only live by one philosophy. ""Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So, love the people who treat you right, forgive the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I personally don't have much couch surfing experience, but I have heard amazing things from friends and am excited to give it a try!

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite book right now is "The Beach" by Alex Garland. I love all music, from Pop, to Alternative, to Country. And I love most independent films, as well as any other film, but don't watch many movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been skydiving, I've climbed most of New Englands mountains and I've back packed and stayed in touch with a lot of solo travelers. I've seen some amazing acts of kindness, as a man giving an older woman his jacket, or a family giving a starving child their meal, or helping shelter dogs, and cleaning them up to find them a good home. So many amazing things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope to teach others about where I came from, and the experiences I have endured, and I hope to learn about theirs as well. I would love to share different challenges, and laughs, and adventures with people. After all, every experience shared is an experience learned.
