ABOUT ME

I was born in Colombia and lived there for the first decade and a half of my life but have since traveled to 30 countries and lived in more than 25 apartments/homes.
I recently graduated from college and I am taking opportunities as they come to me--it has thus far been wonderful.

I really love to cook--I lived in Paris with a woman who taught others how to cook and in the process gave me a true appreciation for all things butter, whole and creamy...I have never been the same.

I like to make things--sweaters, jewelry, clothing and the occasional grandma-style crocheted crafts.

I can be really goofy and silly but also tend to get really excited and intense about things I care about--most notably politics and health policy.

I have surfed a bit while I studied abroad and due to the somewhat erratic nature of my life in the past few semesters, hosting has not been possible but I hope to open the doors of my residence as soon as I have a stable one!
