I have been blessed enough to have a life steadily moving towards the things that I know to be true for me-knowledge & (slowly but surely) experience with the healing powers of plants, understanding the best part of darkness is the re-member-ance of laughter that lights the first match, and waking up and working with & towards healthier communities & communications for all!

Everything, and especially something new that I don't know about already....but moreso..

Gardens, cooking, history, kindness, integral psychology, healthy yums, crafts, design, writing, skills-sharing, heart-sharing...just people speaking their truth, whatever it may be for them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently, on the road in Big Sur, CA, I was struck by the truly awe-some power of life, in feeling connected-after a long stint of feeling quite the opposite. Sat in rock arches on the sea as the sun set down for sleep and the strong and mighty winds played a tune on our beer bottles, a lullaby that lifted my feet and lit a candle for my heart to read nice stories by.
