I love traveling and not just "ticking off" new places, but really getting to know them the people, everyday life, and good food. I'm currently studying in Istanbul (I'm actually from Berlin) and am using the time to travel around Turkey a bit and get to know the country better step by step. I'm easygoing, open, and respectful, and I love getting tips from locals and sharing exciting stories from my travels.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love it when a place to stay becomes more than just a place to sleep
namely, new friendships, contacts, and wonderful new encounters. The best thing is when you get to know each other, maybe have a cup of tea together or go for a walk, exchange impressions, and discover something new together.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am happiest when I sit down in a nice café preferably one with a good view and read a book or simply observe life. I also love walking through the city, discovering new places, and getting to know my surroundings. I often listen to music or podcasts while I'm out and about, but it's even better to experience it all with someone else: sharing impressions, learning new things, and celebrating the little details.
