I am a life lover, I love simple thing as eating, swimming and sleeping. I am open minded to the world and I respect environment. I love to move, sing and dance but also inspire, laugh and smile. I decided one year ago to eat meat the less it is possible because I think it's important to respect the world we living in.

I really do love sports. I am a dancer and I am very active. I love hicking, playing soccer, doing yoga, running... I also teach dance, and I love to convey my passion to others. I'm interest about how people think, live and talk. I love trying to understand why people are as they are.

I listen various music because of dance, I need to be open minded on different music and art to be an accomplished dancer. I prefer electro, acoustic, pop, reggae and Hip-Hop. I am not a big reader, but I prefer informative texts that talk about science, alimentation, environment, sport, history instead of novels.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I hope that nobody can name one amazing thing they have done, because every little moment are different and precious as they are. The most amazing things that I've done are the things that I worked my ass off to get satisfied. The kind of thing that is not everybody that can reach, and this is why they are unique. If I have to name one, I think I would say that I am proud to overcome my anxiety. This is an everyday battle, buying a plane ticket, planning a trip, dating someone, don't look every calories you eat, but I think It's beautiful to go over my fears.

The most important thing in life for me is to inspire people. I want to make changes in people's life, and this is how I grow up. I love to learn about new things and passionate people inspire me a lot. I want to share to my hosts my personality but also where do I come from and talk about many subjects.

I can talk about my trip and experiences in Canada and United states. I can also share with them my vegetarian cooking or Quebec traditional cooking. I am a dancer teacher and a good trainer too, so if my hosts would like to move for a couple of days, I would have the pleasure to coach them. :)
