Hi!
I am Amelie or short Ami, and I recently graduated High School and turned 18 at the same time. Because I didn't feel like studying right away I decided to go on an adventure and see the world in all its different yet beautiful facets.

Until now my journey has taught me that one does not need much in life as long as the happiness comes from within, and this lesson is what I never want to forget. I saw some places where people had so little but still were much more content with what they had than people at home. So I am trying to live my life with a warm heart and be open for whatever opportunities might cross my way.

I'd describe myself as a positive person, just an easy going and unpretentious normal human being!
I want to meet new people and get to know another part of the world :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to get to know the culture and people of a country, and couchsurfing enables one to be in the middle of the daily life!

音乐、电影和书籍

I kinda like all kind of music, I like to listen to 'old stuff' (compared to me haha), but also charts, some EDM and Trance, but I also have a weird weakness for long gone Eurodance, I don't know why 😂

Being a book lover and a passionate reader, it is really hard to pick a favourite book. A book I can always read again is Erebos!
What I also love is writing my travel diary, which will be a reminder of all the magnificent places I've been to and all the amazing people that I've met.

I love all kind of movies and all kind of Genres, like Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Action as well as Romantic, but the Marvel Universe will always have a special place in my heart. Hoping for a Doctor Strange/Thor 3 Mix Up!

As a conclusion I'm up for anything, the chance I like it is quite high! 😁
