Pretty much anything, though sports and politics certainly top the chart. Clueless on music but enjoy discussing and learning about most other things. I also enjoy traveling (obviously) and meeting new people. I'm out for the experience, so things like SCUBA, rafting, sky diving, or anything else that's potentially life threatening sounds intriguing.

Although I thoroughly enjoy traveling and want to exploit every opportunity I have to do so, my area of expertise is in American politics and my greatest passion is sports. I can go on for hours about both of them. I'd also like to learn about the sports and politics of any other country, be it the world's game, hurling, or camel racing.

That said, I can take an interest in pretty much anything (ok, except calculus) and if you want to teach someone about it, I'll gladly learn about it and will usually ask questions long after most other peoples' eyes would've glazed over.

I have a small one bedroom apartment and an air mattress that I can put out in the living room. The apartment doesn't have hot water. As of this update, I don't have wi-fi, but that may change soon (ask if it's important). It's a short walk from West End, the main bar strip. I work from home and my schedule varies from not much to do to busy as hell, so while I'll try to be as social as possible, please understand that I may need to put in some long hours while you're here. You're welcome to hang around; just don't take it personally if my attention is elsewhere.

Drugs, especially weed, are all over the island. If you're planning on using them while you're here, please make alternative arrangements. I don't want to deal with the smell or have drug dealers showing up at my door. (Yes, it happens.)

Since some surfers seem confused, I'm a native English speaker, so if it's yours too, send me your request in English.
