Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of travellers staying in someone's home, rather than always in a hostel or hotel. It adds a personal touch which I think is missed when we only do the hotel/hostel thing. I think it's cool to mix it up.

I like meeting people who like to travel and enjoy exchanging stories and experiences of travelling.

Interests

My interests are painting and music, hiking and playing Ultimate. I love to read and listen to podcasts (especially when I run). I don't like gyms. I like to find quiet places where I can sit and listen to all the small sounds. I'm interested in the lives of the people I've met and what they can teach me about things I don't know. I would like to think that I have things to share and teach others that perhaps they don't know. I'm interested in living an authentic life and sharing it with authentic people. I'm interested in travelling and seeing as many wonderful and beautiful things as I can.
