CURRENT MISSION

My wish is to spend the next few years traveling as much as possible, begin my studies as an Occupational Therapist & Massage Therapist, study abroad in Japan for a semester, and perhaps start a family!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Let's make something happen! I'm game for anything from rock climbing to grabbing a cup of coffee over friendly conversation to local and cultural festivals. If you've ever wanted to learn how to crochet, knit or hoop, I'm your girl!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not surfed yet, but plan to change that this year!

Interests

I enjoy flowing graciously and emotionally within the hoop. Other mediums include fans, poi, rope dart and fire breathing.

Music and instrument playing are also very close to my heart, having spent around 10 years playing the flute. Currently, my goals for 2012 are to begin learning both violin and guitar, along with the beautiful aerial silk art form.

Music, Movies, and Books

If I ever had to recommend a book to anyone, it would be "One Day". I am always open to a film, and love visiting the cinema (especially the old-fashioned ones, drive-ins, etc.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Who could narrow down their life into one ultimate experience? The whole point is to try for at least one surreal surrounding a day! If I were to name off a powerful emotion, it would be living in southern Japan with my host family, completely incapable of verbally speaking to one another. Never have I felt so alive.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think about, know, see, understand, feel and embrace love in all its many forms! If you ever find that you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to hug you, I like to believe I am a good candidate.
