Hello everybody, my name is Amin and I am totally new to CouchSurfing. I am a free spirited aerospace researcher living in Ottawa, Canada. In case you haven’t heard of Ottawa :), it is the capital of Canada kinda in between Montreal and Toronto.
I’d like to meet new people and learn about their life stories. I love to explore different cultures and figure out why certain people in certain parts of the world at certain times in history did certain things :) wow that was a lot of CERTAINS. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

One recent book I read is Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari which I highly recommend. Another one I haven’t finished yet is Thinking, Fast and Slow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One really exciting thing I’ve done that I will remember for a long time is a zero-gravity flight. I’ve actually uploaded a picture of it as my profile picture. I always get really excited when I talk about, so please ask me about it if we meet and I will explain in full detail.

I am not sure if I can teach you anything :) I myself am a student of life, always trying to challenge myself and learn new things along the way. But having said that, I would be happy to talk about space, aerospace, science in general, mindfulness meditation, soccer, taekwondo, traveling, canoe-camping , history, culture, etc.
