Hello my name is Amin and I am from the US. I have not couchsurfed before, but am excited to try! I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, learning. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercise, studying philosophy and spirituality
, meditation, and just having a good time. I am pretty laid back and try not to take myself(and life in general) too seriously. I enjoy being around people with good sense of humor who enjoy a good laugh. I went to university in the US and have a background in Economics and Accounting.

I am currently in Melgar, Colombia where I am teaching English. I am in Colombia until at least November 2019. I am in the process of learning Spanish and my goal is to become fluent.
