Hi! My name is Amina. I am from Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, but now i live in Hungary, Budapest. I came here to study, it is my first year now.

I love taking pictures and videos, it is my main hobby. It started when i was about 13 years old and still remains the same. Besides that, i enjoy learning new languages. I have been learning French in school, but unfortunately my level is not that high. Also, i have started learning Chinese, but i only know some basics.

Another interesting fact is that i have a twin sister, her name is Alina (it did not take much time for our parents to come up with this names as you can see)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have heard about this platform a long time ago, but have not travelled much. However, since summer 2021 i have been in 4 countries (excluding Hungary). I saw many positive feedbacks about Couchsurfing and decided to try it as i want to explore the world and see it through the lens of local people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not have a particular genre of music that i prefer, however most of my playlist are songs in Russian and English. But i also have many songs in French (sound so beautiful). I love Dennis Lloyd's songs, you have to listen to them!
Out of all movies i love documentaries and historical ones. Absolutely love "Friends" and "Sherlock", i can watch them forever.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think it would be very interesting to get to know more about Central Asian culture. As the difference between European countries and Asian countries is significant. My country is very beautiful, 70% of the country are mountains. Maybe i can share some nice spots to visit and even can share some traditions.
