Hey there! :) My name's Amina and I'm a 25 year old Dutch student living in Graz, Austria. My master is Global Studies and I'm in my Romance Studies Bachelor with a major in Spanish. I have lived in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria. Friends tell me I'm a friendly and witty person who's pretty outgoing and enjoys making new friends and learning more.

Interests

Ever since I was young, my parents and I travelled a lot, so I've visited many countries. Listening to music, spending time with my family and friends, walking in the park, swimming, reading, singing, different styles dancing (oriental, afro, latino) but also scrapbooking, journaling and experiencing new things include some of my other interests :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to many different artists from all over the world. My favourite artist is probably The Weeknd. Others include Manal, Yade Lauren, Lolo Zouaï, Zeina, Broederliefde, Rauw Alejandro, Kali Uchis, Lena Chamamyan, SZA etc etc etc, the list really goes on here :D
I mainly like action, comedy, romance, drama and adventure movies, but really anything except is fine except for horror and thrillers.
During semester breaks, I enjoy reading a lot, I usually read novels and detective stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been on many random side quests during travels and have been in quite a few funny situations. I prefer sharing the anecdotes in person though as it's more fun :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a faible for languages and I'm also fascinated by how people interact with each other, but really I like learning about all sorts of things. Currently, I'm studying French, Spanish, Peacebuilding and decolonial approaches.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd be more than happy to help people who are trying to learn a new language or pretty much anything else I can assist with. Sharing memories and stories would also be lovely :)
