I want to connect with great people from all over the world. I myself am an online freelance programmer at Upwork. Some of my freelancer friends prefer to be a digital nomad, but I prefer to stay in my own city and do networking with exciting people.

Also, I sometimes want to play with someone on weekdays to get cheaper price. I can't ask my friends since most of them are office workers.
