ABOUT ME

I am a mixed French/Senegalese girl currently doing a career break with my partner. He is Italian and we normally live in London. So as you can see we like multiculturalism! We are currently travelling for 6 months in South East Asia. We love discovering new cultures, talking with people, doing sport (specially watersports and yoga), enjoying nature, good food and simple things in life.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyday day trying to become a better person: learn, discover, be kind to people, share love with people closed to you, appreciate simple things, be closed to nature...

I have heard very good things about couchsurfing from friends. It seems you can meet local people, exchange cultures, ideas...We may host people when back in London after our career break.

None at the moment but can't wait to give it a go!

Intereses

I love travelling! I am interested in history, culture, arts, economy...anything that can help you to understand a country. I love spending my time in beautiful natural spots, either on the sea or in the mountains. Sport and yoga are part of my daily life! I also enjoy playing theatre and drawing. And yes, being French with an Italian partner, I love cooking and eating....

Música, películas y libros

We have recently been to India and the last great book I read is The White Tiger. I am currently trying The psychology of Kundalini Yoga based on Jung's seminars and that's a bit harder:-). I like more arty movies or comedies than blockbusters but did enjoy the Bourne Identity. For music, my taste is wide (indie rock, reggae, ska, classical, folk).

This career break is the most amazing thing I am doing. So far 10 weeks in India were mind-blowing! And swimming in the Bacuit archipelago, in Philippines is also something I'll never forget...

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I could teach something about accountancy, aerospace engineering but you may be more interested in cooking lessons, French language or Yoga:-)
