Hello there!

I'm a Malaysian from Shah Alam, a city couple of minutes away from Kuala Lumpur. I've lived in Korea for more than 5 years completing my studies at Korea University.

I appreciate our differences cross-culturally and that makes this world an interesting place. I'd like to venture and do stuff like randomly getting myself into local festivals even when I have no idea what is it about.

I like making new friends and I may seem quiet or hard to approach at first but once people get to know me they would say otherwise. I believe in respecting others, and expect the same way from them.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Despite of being a foreigner in a foreign land, i've spent most of my time with my Malaysian friends and live in my comfort zone.

When I was told about Couchsurfing from my friend who has made a lot of friends around the world by hosting them in his house, i thought it's time for me to look the world in a bigger picture by meeting people around the world, learn their cultures and experiences.

Making friends, learning the cultures of the places i visit, and mingling with the locals are the reasons why im on couchsurfing ;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiking a mountain in Korea at 4pm at subzero temperatures unprepared. I didnt have any real hiking gears with me at that time and it was very cold to the point where i thought i wouldnt make it back alive.
