Hey there! I'd like to consider myself as a storyteller whose medium of choice is art and design. I am fascinated by all the stories this world has to tell, which in turn inspire my craft. I wasn't much of a traveler but my recent visit to Europe has shown me a whole new world to observe. While my visit to Europe is for a short while, I would like to make the most of it by meeting new people, seeing new places and creating lasting memories with the people I meet along the way. You can have either long or shorts conversations with me about anything and I would love to try my best to keep it engaging by either sharing my opinions or knowledge on the matter but also to learn new things from what you have to say. I love to cook and love trying out new dishes from places of my travel and I'd love share some of my favorite recipes from my home for you to enjoy! I also love animals and being a pet parent is one of the things I am the most happiest about and in our conversations I am sure my little pup is sure to take the highlight once in a while! I love to play different kinds of sports but unfortunately due to an ACL injury I have to avoid contact sports for the moment. Again, I am looking forward to engage with the wonderful hosts out there and hopefully I can make it memorable for all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting new people is what makes travelling memorable and fun. Being new to Europe(In Germany) It has been an amazing experience meeting new people from such a different culture and many have had great stories to tell. On the other hand travelling as a student isn't easy. One is always trying to find ways to travel by trying to cut expenses. Thus, when I found out about couch surfing, to me it felt like the perfect opportunity to have the best of both worlds! A platform which helps me meet new people and also is Student friendly! The Story that this platform stands for is something I relate to and I also hope to be able to host some amazing people during their travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a very diverse taste in music depending on my mood. I choose old school R&B Hip-hop for the time I need to hype myself up or the beautiful jazz from Louis Armstrong to help me relax at night. I listen to Orchestral music during my travels to make them much more scenic and memorable as I sketch away in my sketchbooks.
Regarding Movies- Oh boy! this is though to choose but I would place Forest Gump, The Green Mile, PK, The French Dispatch, Dune amongst the top on my list.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love and be grateful to be able to share and teach my hosts a thing or two about art, sketching and painting if they'd love to. These mediums of art can be amazing ways to express the stories they want to tell in their own individual ways, and yes this can also help one relax.
I would also love to share my passion for food and would love to learn different recipes from others while also being able to share some traditional recipes from my hometown which I am sure you will come to love!
