I'm a student at LMU München, doing my masters in biology. I'm from India, down south, where the tropical rainforests are, Kerala.

I'm learning German, but I speak English just fine. I'm going to start making a list of all the beers I've tasted in Germany and I want to go home and make a mini Bavaria there. (P.s. I don't know how to make beer yet).

I saw a hedgehog on day 2 in Germany and loved him. However, I'm afraid the hedgehog didn't like me back. It just shrunk into a ball of spines, like an ex girlfriend of mine. So I sat down for a beer with him. Yup. Just me, the sidewalk, a beer and a hedgehog. I still didn't win his heart. I hope I have better luck with Couchsurfers.

I started Couchsurfing because many of my friends were Couchsurfers. A flatmate and a good friend of mine shared our house for a year before I got my own account.

I've met some of the coolest people through this platform.

I've shown many friends the India I know and also with context to historical, cultural or biological frames etc.

Today I hope to find like minded people in my city.. however, i might have more to share with someone who is visiting, rather than someone who has been here for a while.
