I am also a traveller. and counchsurfing community help me many occassions while i travel. i am getting tips, local knowledge, details about tourist sports even about food culture also from my host and it will be make a easier trip.

For a traveller how important is ‘couchsurfing’ same like in a life of human being these 3 things are somewer inportant . Sometimes, as knowledgde, sometimes as Fun or sometimes as entertiner.
I utilise a small corner of my house for people who love Reading or listen music or watching movies.
Im collecting books now and there is on second floor you can enjoy the movies and music !

i rent out my 2 floors villa and its heart side of kochi with nature and greenery , other side is beautifull lake.
The ground floor is i am Using and i am happily provide the first floor for my guests. The first floor incluses two pvt bedrooms ( the one room only is furnished and the other room is closed and i keep my little things. But in future i will be avialble for stay. ) A big hall include dining area and entertinement zone. The room is airconditioned. One toilet is inside the room and one toiet is in hall too.
I prefer A couples or two bachlors include kids.
There is one common kitchen in ground floor and you can use it for emergency with important kitchen appliance.
There is a supermarket and Laundary service with walkable distance with delivery.
Zomato, Swiggy etc food apps availbale most times with varietys of foods
The community is neat and clean with single lane met road. The villa in closed wall and have parking inside
Kids play are and BBQ area availble inside the compound.
Fix the property atleast 1 week in advance. I can arrange pick up from Cochin international airport or Eranakulam Railway station.
I have a car and a electric scooter available and you can use as pay and use. Vw POLO Diesel Manual and OLA S1 Pro
