Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There are different ways of travelling. Some people just go to popular sightseeing area and buy loads of souveneirs. This is in fact how most visitors in HK do. As locals sometimes I would like to shout at them, saying this is not how you experience HK culture. I would like to live and eat like locals, and understand what make who they are. The culture, tradidiotn, history, these are the stuff I am interested in.

Interests

I like watching wide range of movies. This includes classic one like 'Green Mile', 'Forrest Gump', 'Rain Man', 'one fly over cuckoo nest', and newer one like 'confession' ,'Inception' 'Interstellar'.

I am learning to play yoga recently. It is a good activity to keep my mind and body relax. I can take a break from the hectic life I am having.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like pop music, mainly from America. Some voices do attract me, but good lyrics and message mean a lot too. I like P!nk the artist, since she is having a unique voice and attitude lol.

I am not the kind of person that read books. I tried literacture but fail. The last book I read was about true stories of North Korean escaping to south Korea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I didn't travel a lot, but always enjoy watching national geographic channel when I was young and dreamt I would get there someday. I went to Kenya in 2013 and had chance to see wild animals. I missed the migration season but still get to see lots of amazing wildlife. I also went to Kibera, the largest slum in Nairobi, under the guidance of locals. It was the most rewarding experience I have.
