Hey there, I’m Amy! Me and my partner, Leon, live together with our cat, Lily, in a flat in East Twickenham 💕

We are a super friendly, considerate, and fun couple who enjoy meeting new people. We like hiking, playing board games/cards, sight seeing, any adventurous activities, partying, drone photography, and travel blogging.

We are only just starting to host people, so please only request a maximum of two or three nights. Also we are usually busy or away at weekends, so during the week works better for us. Our spare room is currently being redecorated, so we just have a sofa bed in the lounge to stay on.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

For me Couchsurfing isn’t about the free place to crash, it goes deeper than that. I want to make friends with my hosts / surfers, hang out with them, and get to know them and their culture.

For me, this is a far better way to travel and immerse yourself in the place and culture - as opposed to being in a boring and faceless hotel, where you could be anywhere in the world.

I’ve had some incredibly rewarding and heart warming experiences because of Couchsurfing and made some life long friends through it. Couchsurfing is solid evidence that there are truly amazing and generous people out there in the World 💕 …and I want to meet them!

- My favourite genre of music is dnb, but I enjoy all kinds of music (dance, chill hop, breakbeat, EDM, gypsy swing, classical)

- Travelled to 47 countries
- Took part in a rickshaw race around Sri Lanka, and raised over £1500 for Mind mental health charity (2022)
- Backpacked as a solo female traveller through South America (2018)
- Climbed an active volcano spewing lava in Guatemala (2022)
